Freddie felt for the family. She'd once had nothing, not even a name to all herself. It was terrifying. "That's good." she said, making a mental note to donate something. "Two more drinks, please, but something stronger than beer." she told the bartender.

[Orion Jason Ward]

Orion nodded. "Yeah. But I'm sure they'll make it through." He'd make sure of it. "So Yeah, kinda a rough day. Which is why I'm drinking."

[Freddie Eloise Garroway]

"Well, it's depressing to drink alone, especially when you've had a rough day." Freddie said as the bartender brought over two glasses of a dark colored liquid. "Which is why I shall volunteer my services as your drinking companion."

[Orion Jason Ward]

Orion smiled and chuckled lightly. "Well thank you. I appreciate the company." He smirked and swallowed down the dark liquid.

[Freddie Eloise Garroway]

Freddie raised her glass and tipped it slightly, in cheers, before she down what was in it. The burn and taste made her believe it was whiskey. She took a deep breath as she felt it slide down her throat. "That tasted expensive." she said, with a short laugh. "We'll take two more."

Orion laughed. "Put it on my tab." He ran a hand through his hair before yawning. "So what do you do for fun, Freddie?"

[Freddie Eloise Garroway]

Freddie raised her eyebrows. "You're a firefighter, but you have a tab?" she questioned him. She laughed a little and thought for a moment, what did she do for fun? Drink, dance, play piano, drink some more and then, screw the hottest she could find. "I do a lot things I find fun, but others, maybe not. Currently, I'm doing something I consider fun: drinking. And the conversation is a bonus."

Orion shrugged a bit. "I'm a fire fighter who likes to drink a lot." He nodded then, chuckling a bit. "Alright. But give me something else. Tell me just one more thing about yourself that isn't about alcohol."

One more thing about herself. Freddie couldn't help but think that was a lot of him to ask. Usually people just got her name and occupation, and the latter was subject to conversation. "Okay, I told you I play the piano for a living, but I was classically trained." she told him. Why couldn't she make exceptions? "I studied at Juilliard."

Orion raised his eyebrows. "Julliard? D***. That's quite somethings. There's no doubt that you're talented." He swallowed down more alcohol. "What made you start playing piano?"

Freddie shrugged her shoulders. "My parents had a piano, I wanted to try it out, I was surprisingly good." she paraphrased, a lot. It was almost a lie, but not exactly. She'd actually been trying to impress her foster brother and it just came naturally to her. Taking a drink of the whiskey, then a sip of the beer, Freddie glanced over at him. "Do you really want to know what I like to do for fun?" she asked him, raising her eyebrow.

Orion smiled crookedly as he looked over at her. "Would you prefer if I was just trying to get in your pants?" He leaned against the bar, watching her with his intense eyes.

Freddie had honestly believed that was his intentions. That was usually the case. "Well, aren't you?" she asked. "I mean, good conversation and drinks most often lead to a guy getting into my pants." she told him, honestly, leaning forward on the bar, looking deep into his eyes. "But I prefer guys to be upfront. Either you're just looking for someone to drown your sorrows with or you want in my pants. I won't just you for either."

Orion nodded slowly. "I am enjoying your company, but I would be happy to take you home. But if you're not interested then I'm not going to get pissed or pressure you." He held out his hand to her. "Do you want to come home with me?"

Freddie pursed her lips, momentarily, before she placed her hand into his. "I'm sure it'll be an experience." she said, with a sly smirk. "I don't think I've ever had fireman before." she joked, however, now that she was thinking about it, she hadn't.
