Alex is smart, kind, compassionate and loyal. Trust came naturally to him for most of his life, seeing the good in people. Until recent events he is somewhat guarded. He can be inefficient - he has a habit of arriving late. He has good morals and doesn't like to lie but he knows sometimes it's necessary. He also tends to be impulsive when making decisions, although it depends on the situation.
HISTORY,
Alex was born to Charlie and Annabelle. He has two brothers and a half sister.
While growing up Alex had a close bond with his mother until she turned to alcohol when he was a teenager. He was confused why she did, well before the truth was uncovered. Charlie was a drug dealer. As if that wasn't difficult enough, he learned he had an affair - the reasons why his mother resented him and started drinking. The affair wasn't with a stranger, it was his half sister. Of course Alex was devastated, he told his father he didn't want to see him again. He left for a while before demanding the family's attention. When he walked back into their lives his mother was found dead. He was informed it was suicide which he didn't believe.
Alex felt a range of emotions when he received the news, he didn't speak. He left the house and got into his car, unsure of where he was going or what he was doing. He went to the Police station and told them who his father really was. He left town that day without looking back. He had to, if he returned he'd be dead. Alex still has nightmares about the ordeal, paranoid someone will find him and kill him.
