Taking another sip of espresso, Sam studied through a stack of information for an upcoming art gallery in New York that he'd be having a few pieces on show for sell. He was hoping to sell at least three of the five paintings, but it each gallery had different vibes, attracting different individuals and he could never guarantee what would sell.

Daniella walked to a table in the cafe, a disposable cup in her hand. A caramel latte, her usual. To be honest she had a bit of a problem - she didn't drink from regular coffee cups like everyone else unless she knew the person. It would seem strange behaviour but it made her feel comfortable. Although it was kind of annoying that others assumed she had OCD.

Glancing up as he heard someone walk past, his eyes landed on a pretty brunette with a disposable cup for her coffee, or maybe she was a tea person. He wasn't sure. Unlike most people she wasn't as easily read, but that didn't mean he couldn't try, and with such a pretty face he wouldn't mind 'trying' all night. He flashed a charming crooked smile in her direction, appraising her appearance, she seemed young but perhaps not too young. He was certain she couldn't be much older than twenty-three.

Daniella glanced up, meeting the eyes of gorgeous man with raven hair and blue eyes. Wow, he had the most amazing smile she'd ever seen, enough to make her melt. a smile appeared on her own lips automatically. A lot of girls would probably look away shyly but she didn't. She wasn't embarrassed a hot guy seemed to have an interest in her. He was definitely older than her, though she wasn't good at guessing age. Did it really matter? They were just looking at each other, right?

Sam continued to glance at the girl the whole time he was there, and by the end of his second cup of coffee he stood to his feet, gathered his belongings and walked towards her table. Sitting down across from her without asking for permission. He smirked "You never came over to introduce yourself. So I took the liberty."

Daniella was flattered when the man continued to steal glances at her the entire time they were there, when she looked again at his table he was gone. There was flicker of disappointment on her features until she realised he was right in front of her. She laughed shaking her head. "Hm I thought it was traditional for the guy to make the first move. I guess better late than never."
